Jell Consulting Limited was formed over 10 years ago.  We have an established history of providing innovative consulting solutions to a wide range of Built Environment clients. 

Its founder, Simon Hughes, has an extensive track record of working with board level executives at publicly listed and private equity backed companies. Here at Jell we have a network of specialists in translating corporate strategy into tangible business transformation that delivers operational efficiencies and unlocks, the potential of people and opportunities, to maximise capital investments. 

All our management consultants have at least fifteen years experience, across a multitude of sectors that incorporate the Built Environment;  working with Real Estate, Transportation, FMCG, Life sciences, Industry, Manufacturing, Energy and Infrastructure clients.  Jell  is experienced at delivering both short term strategy projects, as well as implementing whole scale transformation over longer periods greater than 12 months.
